1. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business whose workspace you use. If you accept an invitation, the workspace owner has agreed to these terms for that workspace and you agree to use it only as your role allows.
Our Privacy policy and Refunds and cancellation policy form part of these terms.
2. Accounts, workspaces and roles
- Client workspaces are created by the platform’s master administrator or through self-service registration where it is enabled. The workspace owner is responsible for every member they add and every action taken under their accounts.
- Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account to protect it.
- Roles (owner, admin, manager, agency, editor, reviewer, viewer) limit what each person can do. You must not try to act beyond your role or to access another client’s data.
- Seat and brand limits are set by your plan. Invitations count against seats until they expire.
3. Your content and brand facts
- You own the briefs, brand facts, media and content you create or upload, and the outputs generated for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and transmit them only as needed to provide the service, including sending them to the AI providers and social platforms you choose.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for the accuracy of prices, dates, offers, testimonials and claims. The service uses only the facts you supply, but you must review every draft before approving it.
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others. It is a draft, not advice, and you decide whether to publish it.
4. Connected platforms
- By connecting an account you authorise us to publish, on your behalf, the content that your workspace approves and schedules, and to retrieve the status and link of those posts. We do not publish anything else.
- You must comply with the terms and content policies of each platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service and the X Terms of Service. Platforms may reject, remove or limit posts, change their APIs or revoke access, and we are not responsible for those decisions.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. Schedules tied to a disconnected account are cancelled.
5. AI generation and credits
- Paid generation and prompt rewriting consume credits. The exact cost is shown and must be confirmed before each request. Credits are reserved when a request starts and settled when it succeeds; failed requests release their reservation. Requests whose outcome is uncertain are held for review and are never retried automatically.
- Credits are a usage allowance, not money or stored value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and they roll over only while your plan is active.
- Generation depends on third-party providers. Availability, speed and the capabilities of a model can change, and some models require the master administrator to assign a provider key to your client.
6. Plans and payment
- Plans are one-time purchases in Indian rupees that activate the plan for 30 days and grant its credit allowance. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring mandate. Buying again extends access by 30 days from the later of today and your current expiry.
- Prices and allowances shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Prices may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. A purchase counts only once the gateway confirms it to our servers; a browser success screen alone does not grant credits.
- A client’s pricing may be set privately by the master administrator for that client and is not public pricing.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility, how to request one and what happens to your credits are set out in the Refunds and cancellation policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Zopix AI to:
- create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that violates a platform’s policies;
- misrepresent prices, offers, testimonials, credentials or results, or impersonate a person or brand;
- send spam, run unsolicited messaging campaigns or interfere with platform rate limits;
- enter provider keys or connect accounts you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or try to bypass credit, seat or role limits.
We may remove content or pause a workspace that breaches these rules.
9. Support access
To help you, the master administrator or your workspace owner may open your account as a support session. A session requires a stated reason, lasts at most 30 minutes, is shown in a banner to the person using it and to you, and is written to the audit trail. It never reveals or changes your password.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled posts require our publishing worker to be running at the scheduled time. We may add, change or retire features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you have paid for.
11. Intellectual property
The Zopix AI software, design, documentation and trademarks belong to Zopix AI and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to them beyond using the service. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms you can connect.
12. Disclaimers
The service, including AI output and publishing, is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original or compliant with any platform’s rules, or that any post will be accepted, remain published or achieve any result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zopix AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or platform account restrictions arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where it applies.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Zopix AI against claims, losses and costs arising from content you publish, your breach of these terms or of a platform’s policies, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your workspace. Access continues until your paid period ends; unused credits are not refunded except as the refund policy states.
- We may pause or terminate a workspace for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirement or a security risk. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- After closure you have 30 days to export your content, after which it is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in India. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the matter within 30 days. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using the statutory remedies available to them.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify workspace owners by email or in the product at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
